Lisa Ice cream

So I don't like being negative but this shop absolutely deserves it. I ordered this July 27th.. I emailed them maybe 8 days later. They responded and said that it usually takes 14 days..cool.. do I give it a few more days and nothing. I emailed them. No response. I waited a few more days... Sent another email... I received an email the next day stating that it was so hot and that's why it was taking so long. I requested a refund. I was told I would be refunded immediately..that did not happen... I emailed them 3 more times to which no response. Finally my shirt arrived but it took almost a month... needless to say I will NEVER order from this company again. Horrible customer service and waiting a month for a shirt is insane.
